Included in Management Fees - We perform 3 inspections per year.Inspection reports will be available within 24 hours after inspection at the Portal or can be sent via email. FaceTime, WhatsApp video live if the owner wish to see the property during inspection.
Administration expense
$5.50 per month
Advertising & Marketing - (Premier listing on REA)
$289 + GST advertising, including professional photography - Paid only if the property needs to be advertised for rent.
Rates & Water Payment. Electricity (if Solar available)
Included in Management Fees - Will be paid from the rent money and a copy of rates notice attached along with the rental statement
