About Bronwyn
Bronwyn is our Leasing agent who manages end-to-end process of leasing a property.
This starts from advertising a property, processing applications which includes 6 levels of tenancy checks, tenancy agreements and finally handing over the property to our tenants in a good condition.
During this whole process she communicates with the landlord to ensure all approvals are in place.
Bronwyn has a very challenging role in the current market where there are many applications for each property, and to manage the expectations of the landlord when the rent prices are fluctuating. Bronwyn is our go-to team member for all Leasing relating activities.
