Paige

Paige is our Leasing agent who manages end-to-end process of leasing a property. Paige also assists Aanand and Paras ensuring properties are handed over to the Property Management team after Settlement. This includes pre settlement inspections, liasing with selling agents, owners and other stakeholders.

Paige ensures all the compliance requirements are met as per QLD minimum housing standards. Paige has a very challenging role in the current market where there are many applications for each property, and to manage the expectations of the landlord when the rent prices are fluctuating.
